You can simply order your items online answering some questions to provide you with a boiler that best suits your property.

  1. You will answer a couple of questions relating to your current property and installation etc.
  2. You will then be presented with a variety boiler packages to pick.
  3. You will then be able to arrange and pay for your items and installation.
  4. Boiler delivery can be arranged around a time that best suits you. Alternatively we will bring the boiler on the same day as the installation
  5. Installation day;
    • Our engineer will call you in advance to confirm a date and time that works for you.
    • When they arrive at your home, they’ll introduce themselves and talk you through the job, so you know exactly what to expect.
    • To make sure your home is kept clean and tidy, and to provide a safe space to work, our engineer will put down dust sheets.
    • The boiler installation starts with draining your current boiler and safely removing it.
    • The engineer will then begin to install your new boiler, and carry out all tests to check its performing efficiently and safely.
    • Once your gas boiler replacement is complete, they’ll tidy up everything and show you how to use the new system.
    • Our engineers will register your guarantee so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork.

  3. Your Prestige skills engineer will install your boiler on a date that’s convenient for you and explain how to use it afterwards.

We provide a manufactures recommended chemical flush, which is an efficient way to protect your system.

We’ll put cleaner into your system, flushing it around using the boiler. Any debris will be caught by the magnetic filter we install. We’ll keep going until it’s clean.

Once the system is up to temperature, it’s drained and refilled with clean water. Finally, an inhibitor is added to the water to protect the system.

Not to be mixed up with a Powerflush, this tends to create to many issues with older systems.

When you’ve paid in full

If you haven’t completed payment 24 hours after choosing your installation date, it will become available to other customers.

Next-day installation

Finish payment before 3.30pm to guarantee your slot.

  • Clear away any clutter around the boiler e.g. valuables and things that break easily
  • Ensure the boiler is easy to access.
  • In some cases we need to deliver your boiler before your installation, this will need to be collected and signed for.
  • To prevent any damage or theft keep the package in a dry and secure place.
  • Buy boilers for more than one property
  • Find and check out each boiler separately.
  • Answer questions relation to each property.
  • If you are unsure of these questions request a callback.

We will always take away your old boiler unless you tell us not to or if it contains asbestos. If you don’t want us to remove your old boiler, let your installer know on the day of installation.
